be loved.

God is Love. To be loved by God is the ultimate gift a human heart can receive. We are asked to love others, but cannot effectively do so without first experiencing the pure, unconditional, never-ending love of God ourselves. When we do, we draw from that love to love others in the same way that He loves us.



COLOSSIANS 3:14, NKJV

14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. We desire for every believer to understand that we were created out of love from the Father.

The bible teaches us that God is love and everyone who loves is born of God (1 John 4:7)  At Be Community Church, we believe that love is an essential ingredient in our acceptance and growth in the Kingdom.  We purpose to ensure  that everyone that walks in the doors of Be Community Church experiences the genuine love of God.  We pray that they also are overwhelmed by the love that we share as we love our neighbors as we do ourselves.

Matthew 22:35-40 TPT
Then one of them, a religious scholar, posed this question to test him: “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” Jesus answered him, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with every passion of your heart, with all the energy of your being, and with every thought that is within you.’ This is the great and supreme commandment. And the second is like it in importance: ‘You must love your friend in the same way you love yourself.’ Contained within these commandments to love you will find all the meaning of the Law and the Prophets.”

This is the greatest commandment.
